Refund Policy

1. Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and health regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products (including supplements, topical items, or personal care products).
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return postage, unless the product is faulty.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your item has a major fault. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos.

3. Service Refunds
Refunds for wellness programs or consultations are governed by our Cancellation Policy. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us — we will review each case in line with Australian Consumer Law to ensure a fair outcome.

4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to finalise the transaction.
