Cancellations more than 24 hours before your appointment: 100% refund or reschedule credit.

• Cancellations within 24 hours till 4 hours before the scheduled appointment: 50% of the service fee applies.
• No shows or cancellation within 4 hours: full consultation fee will be charged.
• Workshops and special events may have separate terms communicated at booking.
