1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We deliver to addresses within Australia via Australia Post or equivalent carriers.

4. Lost or Damaged Items
If your parcel is lost or damaged, contact within 7 business days of delivery, providing photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
