PILATES FOR WOMEN
At Aurellia Wellness for Women, our Pilates sessions are delivered under the guidance of a qualified Women’s Health Physiotherapist, not a fitness instructor. Every women’s pilates class is designed to safely strengthen your core, restore pelvic floor function, and support long-term musculoskeletal health through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond.
The Essence of
PILATES FOR WOMEN
At Aurellia, Pilates is guided by a Women’s Health Physiotherapist and grounded in clinical understanding. Before you begin, we assess pelvic floor function, core activation, posture, and any pain or instability, so your program reflects your body, not a generic template.
From pregnancy to postnatal recovery and beyond, every session is structured, supervised, and tailored to your stage of life. This is not about pushing harder. It’s about building strength safely, progressively, and with long-term confidence in mind.
THE POWER OF PILATES FOR WOMEN’S WELLNESS
Every session is purposeful. Every progression is monitored. Strength is built steadily, safely, and with long-term function in mind.
Our care commonly supports:

PELVIC FLOOR INTEGRATION
Strengthen deep stabilising muscles safely with evidence-based clinical pilates principles.

CORE & SPINAL STABILITY
Improve posture, alignment, and functional strength through structured rehabilitation.

GUIDED, SAFE PROGRESSION
Exercise confidently during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or injury rehabilitation.
Each women’s yoga class combines movement, breath, and mindfulness, empowering you to listen to your body and find inner ease.
